My name is John, and I am the owner of Little Urban Chef. I have over 26 years of experience in catering, including 16 years as a chef working for several Blue Chip companies. I specialise in producing food cooked using fresh ingredients on-site and in large volumes.
I utilise large paella pans, which provide a visually appealing and inviting aroma while also facilitating efficient service. Currently, I have regular contracts with Blue Chip companies, where I am able to serve 170 portions of food within 45 minutes. With my extensive experience, I am aware that employees do not desire to spend an entire lunch break waiting for their food.
All of my documentation is complete, and I am fully compliant with all health and safety regulations required by facilities. Throughout my 26 years of experience, I have consistently maintained a 5* food hygiene rating.
