Hello, my name is John, and I’m a professional chef and mobile caterer.
In 2012, I founded Little Urban Chef, inspired by the fresh food markets in Languedoc-Roussillon. With over twenty-five years of experience as a chef, I strive to create clean-tasting, flavorful food.
I hold a 5* Hygiene rating and am a member of NCASS, the nationally recognised trade association for street traders. Upon request, I can provide all relevant trading documents, health and safety certificates, and risk assessments.
All of our meat is sourced from a high-quality butcher, and our disposables are eco-friendly.
Currently, I have regular street food pitches at Marlow and Eat Street MK in Milton Keynes. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of catering to several important clients, including IMG Media, Three Mobile, Sita, and Alexion.
