Little Urban Chef, founded in 2012, was born during a holiday in Agde, Llangudoc-Roussillon, France. Inspired by the vibrant weekly food market and my 18 years of culinary experience, I decided to share my version of paella with the street food markets of London. Now based in Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire, we participate in a market in Marlow and make guest appearances at various events across Buckinghamshire. The rest of the year, we cater to garden parties, corporate functions, and street food evenings.


We collaborate with some fantastic suppliers, including a high-quality butcher based in Wembley, a local grocery store in Great Missenden, and a Spanish supplier who provides us with exceptional paella rice.


Throughout our journey, we’ve prioritised environmental sustainability. All our disposables, including food boxes and cutlery, have been eco-friendly. Our current mission is to reduce our plastic usage as much as possible.
